ATA 2006 Annual Meeting:
We attended the ATA annual meeting in Columbus, OH for the thirteenth consecutive year. We took Cajun Spice and Schezzauber for the Mare Show and Mare Inspection. They did very well (see below). Fred was Elected to the Board of Directors for second three year term. He was off one year per bylaw rules and was immediately placed back on! The ATA Yearbook and Breeder's Guide that he created for the ATA for two years now was a huge success and he was asked to continue this yearly production.

Foals of 2006: Itaelena give us a bay colt by EH Hezzauber. Sheherezad gave us a very dark foal but it succumbed to neonatal sepsis. Our breeding to Copernicus was alted when he developed a lymphoma and had to be euthanized.
Schalela 2005 filly by EH Herzzauber out of Scheherezad by Graditz is growing nicely. She is rabidly turning grey.
She is a sweet filly. She comes up from the field to say "Hello", stands well for foot trimming and grooming.
Cambron 2005 gelding by Advocate out of Cecilia is coming along nicely as well. He is the most polite of any horses we have bred. He is destined to be Fred's personal riding horse. Sorry folks he is not for sale!

Memelnixe our first broodmare is still with us. She requires special feed as she has lost a lot of teeth. Dentures are needed but are out of the question.
Schnickelfritz
continues his dressage training this year. He is looking good and will compete at First Level
this year.
Jennifer is still teaching. Lesson are available April through October. Lessions are available in Horsemansip, Basic English Riding, Dressage, and Jumping. She can give lessons on your own horse (trailored in or boarded) or on our school horse and pony. There is no age limit. The children think she hung the moon and could take it down at any time!
